Domestic UK Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via DHL or UPS. We offer the following delivery options for UK shipping:

We endeavour to send out all orders the same day or the following working day.

Please understand that weekend, bank holidays, public holidays, or any unforeseen circumstances may increase the delivery lead times.

Orders are processed Monday to Fridays.

International Shipping

You will be pleased to know that we offer worldwide international shipping.

International orders are also shipped via DHL or UPS (shipping costs do not include customs duty/fees). Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account.

International shipping may take up to 2 - 5 days depending on your location. Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

All deliveries must be signed for, please ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery.

International orders outside of the UK are subject to customs duties and taxes to be determined by the destination country(this includes the EU as of January 1st 2021). These additional fees are not included in the price of shipping at checkout.

HERVANR is not responsible for any custom fees or duties incurred on international shipments. We suggest getting in touch with your local customs office for more information.

Refused Shipments 

We ask that you do not refuse your delivery due to customs fees as this will be returned to us and we will have to deduct the cost of returns from your refund to cover the incurred costs.

Pre-Order Shipping

Express shipping is unavailable for pre-ordered items. Items will be shipped on or around the date specified on the website above the product description. You will be notified of any further delays. Orders with multiple items including pre-order and non-pre-order items will be shipped at the same time. Please order pre-order items separately to avoid delaying the delivery of non-pre-order items.

Changes/ Cancellations

Any changes or cancellations to your order cannot be made once an order has been dispatched. To cancel an order that has already been shipped please follow the returns process.
